How to hide apps in your realme device without any third party app

Today I am here to tell you how to hide apps on ColorOS. (For those who are newly using this OS)

So, lets get started.😉

First of all you need to head up to the "Security" section of the settings.

Next, you have to go to the App Lock in it.

After setting up your App Lock to your preferred app then you can see the interface like this. Tap on "Hide Homescreen Icon"

After that you will be asked to set an access number. No worry, access number is nothing but a code to unhide your particular apps.

Note that the access number begins with # and also ends up with #. Between these #, you can set a specific number as per your choice. Eg.- #1234567890# (Refer to the screenshot below)

Ok, after successfully hiding your app, now its time to unhide it. So, simply head up to the dial pad and enter #your access no.# For eg. in my case- #1234567890#.

After putting your access number correctly, the system will show the apps that you have hided.

So, you have now completed the tutorial on how to hide apps. You can now hide all those apps which you don't want show it to others.😎

And wait, if you are not comfortable with your current access number then you can change it by going into the settings. Here's how...

Head up to settings > security > app lock, and tap on the icon as shown.

Upon entering it you can see the option to change your access number. Tap on it and you will be asked set a new access number.😙
