With computers getting smaller and thinner with every passing generation, their manufacturing process is also getting increasingly more sophisticated. So how are today's ultra-powerful laptops built? A video from Science Channel now takes us through the manufacturing process of the Gigabyte Aero 15 gaming laptop, revealing the various stages of production, including the automated testing process and quality control procedures.

As can be seen in the video below, the motherboard is manufactured using precision automated machinery that incorporate high-powered cameras to check for the minutest flaws, although the overall assembly still needs human technicians, who put together the display panel and connect it with the motherboard, before plugging-in the webcam module, the keyboard, the Wi-Fi antenna, battery, the fans and the rest.
