Pakistani govt websites allegedly hacked by Indian hackers following pulwama attack
Following the audacious attack against the Indian army in Pulwama on February 14, more than 200 Pakistani websites have been hacked, reportedly by hackers owing allegiance to India.
According to Times Now, an Indian hacker group called 'Team I Crew' claimed responsibility for the cyber-attacks that were largely targeted at Pakistani Govt. websites, including those of the Ministry of External Affairs, the Army, and more.
The Pakistani Press Information Department (PID) is also apparently claiming that its Cyber Threat Early Warning System has detected that "Anti-state elements and Indian hackers ... are continuing to hack prominent websites in the country with special target of government websites (.gov.pk)".
